Cancellation Policy

Please back up your files to external storage (USB stick or external hard drive) prior to your appointment. Please arrange to pick up your tech from us in good time. Anything not picked up within 28 days will be considered "abandoned" and may be disposed of. Required hardware, such as screens and SSDs, must be purchased from Karma Bytes in advance of your appointment.
